Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in technical sales support, pre-sales engineering, or solutions specialist role within telecom.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, mobile networks, and cloud-based communication platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements for telecommunications services.
• Design and propose appropriate telecom solutions, including voice, data, and unified communications.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility and successful implementation of solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales technical guidance.
