Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network analysis or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix).
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance metrics and analyze data to identify bottlenecks and potential issues.
- Generate regular reports on network health, utilization, and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot network problems, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in capacity planning and forecasting based on usage trends.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies for network monitoring and analysis.
- Collaborate with network engineers and operations teams to implement network changes and optimizations.
