Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Solutions Specialist for the telecoms sector. This fully remote role involves delivering excellent customer support and technical solutions to telecoms clients from anywhere.

You will be the primary contact for inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience to drive retention in a competitive market. The position emphasizes remote problem-solving, setup guidance, and ongoing customer education on service features.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications services (internet, mobile, VoIP).
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and remote support tools.

Mansioni

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for telecom services and products.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Guide customers through setup, installation, and usage of telecom equipment and software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to higher support tiers when necessary.
