Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar advanced support role.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, networking protocols, and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
• Proficiency in using remote diagnostic tools and ticketing systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
