Job summary

DotActiv is seeking a proactive technical support specialist to assist customers remotely. You will analyze data, manage support cases, and provide space planning guidance to help clients achieve goals while leveraging knowledge of DotActiv Enterprise software.

A strong IT background with English communication is required, plus optional additional languages. The role offers remote work with on-call duties and development investment.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT certificates or qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, French) advantageous.
• Experience with software customer service.
• Familiarity with DotActiv Enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Analyse knowledgebase user engagement data and contribute helpful content.
• Receive, analyse and manage customer support cases and provide solutions.
• Provide customers with space planning advice beyond technical support.
• Analyse support cases to log features or fixes for development or bugs.
• Perform data analysis using Excel and SQL as part onboarding.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule with on-call pay.
