Job summary

DotActiv (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a proactive Technical Support specialist to assist customers with DotActiv Enterprise software, remotely from South Africa. The role focuses on resolving issues, guiding space planning, and ensuring customer success.

You will analyse data with Excel/SQL, respond to cases, and contribute to knowledge base content. A collaborative team and development opportunities are provided, with on-call duties that attract extra remuneration.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of DotActiv Enterprise software.
• Intermediate MS Office and Google Suite proficiency.
• Basic to intermediate MS SQL or similar.
• Ability to test software for bugs and feature readiness.
• Knowledge of customer service principles for software products.

Responsibilities

• Analyse knowledgebase engagement data to improve CX.
• Manage and resolve customer support cases with solutions.
• Provide space planning advice beyond technical support.
• Log feature requests and software bugs for development.
• Data analysis and validation using Excel and SQL during onboarding.
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule with additional remuneration.
