Job summary

DotActiv seeks a proactive technical support specialist to analyse data, manage support cases and advise customers on space planning. You will work remotely, with on-call shifts remunerated beyond base salary.

The role emphasizes data validation using Excel and SQL and knowledge of DotActiv Enterprise software. Applicants should have IT certs, strong English communication, and ideally an additional language.

Qualifications

• IT certificates or qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Additional language is advantageous (Spanish, Portuguese, French).

Responsibilities

• Analyse knowledgebase engagement data to improve the customer experience.
• Receive, analyse and manage customer support cases and provide solutions.
• Provide customers with space planning advice to achieve goals.
• Analyse support cases to log feature requests and software bugs.
• Perform data analysis and validation using Excel and SQL during onboarding.
• Be available for rotational on-call shifts with on-call pay.
