• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified data and analytics professionals.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to define role requirements and understand team needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the data science and analytics field.
• Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide timely reports on pipeline status and hiring progress.Contribute to employer branding efforts targeting the data science community.

Requirements
