• Strong understanding of SDLC, architecture, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
• Familiar with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Aufgaben

• Manage full software development lifecycle using Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and designers.
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, ensure timely delivery.
• Manage risks, dependencies and changes.
