Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology or software development projects.
• Experience leading projects in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency with virtual project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills for remote collaboration.
• Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of technology projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
