Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT project management with software development focus.
• Proficient in Scrum and Kanban and project tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects using agile methodologies.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among developers, QA, product owners, and designers.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Track progress, provide status reports, and manage change requests.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices across the SDLC.
