You will mentor staff, develop best practices, troubleshoot complex issues from a distance, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership or senior technical roles.
• Proven ability to lead remote tech teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and system design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote team of installation and maintenance technicians, with performance feedback.
• Develop and implement standardized installation and servicing procedures.
• Provide advanced remote technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Oversee QA for installations ensuring standards compliance.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering to feedback field experiences.
