Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects from concept to deployment in a fully remote setting. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes in distributed environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tech project management, strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC, excellent communication, and proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a remote, fast-paced organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects and software development lifecycles.
• Proven experience managing projects in a remote environment using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects in a fully remote setting.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among distributed engineering, product, and other relevant teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure the quality and successful deployment of technology solutions, meeting all defined requirements.
