Qualifications
- Admitted Attorney with 5-7 years in technology transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating software licensing, SaaS, and IP agreements.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity regulations.
- Experience with technology companies or tech-focused practice.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements including licenses and cloud service contracts.
- Advise on IP matters: patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets.
- Support tech initiatives such as data licensing and API integrations.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement from a legal perspective.
- Conduct research on evolving technology laws and regulatory changes.
