Ideal candidates have 6+ years in IP law, with proven prosecution and portfolio management experience across patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with 6+ years focused on intellectual property law.
• Proven experience in patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and portfolio management.
• Strong drafting, licensing, and litigation principles; able to translate legal concepts into business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement intellectual property strategies to protect company innovations and brands.
• Manage prosecution and maintenance of patent, trademark, and copyright portfolios globally.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements including licenses and joint development agreements.
