Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Legal Counsel with a specialization in Contracts to join the growing legal team. You will draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of complex commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and software licenses.

You will provide strategic legal advice, develop contract templates, and manage the contract lifecycle while collaborating with stakeholders across departments and time zones in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to provide strategic legal advice on terms and risk.
• Experience developing contract templates and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, and software licenses.
• Provide strategic legal advice on contractual terms, risks, and mitigation strategies to business teams.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Stay abreast of legal developments impacting contract law and advise the business accordingly.
