Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technology.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for IT roles.
• Excellent knowledge of current tech talent landscape and market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for software development, data science and cybersecurity roles.
• Partner with clients to understand technical hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM system.
