Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in recruitment with 3+ years in leadership in tech recruitment.
• Proven track record of building high-performing recruitment teams.
• Deep understanding of technology landscape and hiring trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technology recruitment consultants.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for software, cloud, data, and security roles.
• Maintain strong client relationships and oversee key technology hiring initiatives.
