You will source, attract, screen, and onboard skilled tech professionals for a range of clients, from startups to established enterprises, ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels, manage multiple requisitions, and collaborate with hiring managers to forecast

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, focused on IT and technology roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the IT job market, tech stacks, and industry trends.
• Experience with recruitment methodologies and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top IT talent for diverse client needs.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
