Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology recruitment, agency or in-house.
• Deep understanding of IT domains, programming languages, frameworks, and tech stacks.
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable working virtually.
• Ability to manage multiple demanding requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, including software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive and active candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized tech communities.
• Conduct effective screening calls and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and company culture.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Stay current with emerging technology trends and the competitive tech talent market.
