• Substantial experience in executive search or executive recruitment, with a proven track record in technology leadership placements.
• Demonstrated success in managing retained search assignments for C-suite and VP-level technology roles.
• Deep understanding of the technology industry, including software development, cloud computing, data science, AI, and digital transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting in-depth market research and intelligence gathering for technology leadership searches.
• Developing and executing targeted executive search strategies to identify elite technology talent.
• Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with technology leaders and executives.
• Managing the full executive search lifecycle, including stakeholder mapping, candidate engagement, and assessment.
• Presenting meticulously vetted candidate shortlists, complete with comprehensive competency-based feedback.
• Advising clients on market dynamics, talent availability, and executive compensation strategies.
• Negotiating complex executive offers and facilitating seamless onboarding processes.
• Representing the firm with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
• Achieving ambitious placement targets and contributing to the growth of the technology practice.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records within the firm's global CRM system.
