Qualifications
- 2–3 years agency recruitment experience with UK market.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt candidates for live UK vacancies.
- Manage candidates through recruitment processes.
- Support senior and executive searches with the Recruitment Director.
- Maintain CRM and candidate records up to date.
- Prepare candidate information and video interviews for clients.
