Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across departments. Working entirely from home, you will source, attract, and secure top talent to meet growing needs, managing a high volume of requisitions with a strong focus on candidate experience.

You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and partner with hiring managers to define needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably corporate or agency.
• Proven remote success filling niche or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with ATS and social media recruiting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.

Requirements
