You will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies and employer branding to build robust talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, utilizing various channels including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate, up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our client's reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
