Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s team. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in South Africa, handling end-to-end recruitment to meet growth objectives.

You will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers while collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Build and maintain a strong pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience and successful hires for a dynamic, virtual team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment (remote preferred).
• Proven ability to source candidates using various platforms and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
