Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet growth objectives across Vereeniging and beyond, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, at least 4 years in recruitment, strong interviewing and negotiation skills, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Utilise recruitment technologies and ATS to track candidate progress and manage recruitment data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven success in sourcing passive candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions effectively.
