Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various roles.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and various sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a remote setting.
• A relevant degree or professional certification in HR or a related field is advantageous.
