Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is a fully remote recruitment partner handling end-to-end searches for a portfolio of client roles. You will own the full-cycle process from kickoff through to placement, maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating interviews and offers.

This role is hands-on and requires accountability for outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruitment, comfort with AI tools for sourcing and screening, and excellent communication skills to manage remote

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of recruitment experience with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles and clients.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end from kickoff to placement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients; maintain strong relationships.
• Lead kickoff calls to align role requirements, criteria, and timelines.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using traditional and AI-enabled methods.
• Manage candidate pipelines and communications with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and drive process to signed offers and placements.
• Flag risks or bottlenecks to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep ATS and recruitment systems up-to-date with accurate records.
