Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years of professional data science experience, with sports analytics preferred.
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas.
• Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics expertise.
• Experience with large datasets and distributed computing (e.g., Spark).
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models and statistical analyses to extract insights.
• Collect, clean, and pre-process large structured and unstructured data.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses on player performance and strategy.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate data solutions into platforms.
