Qualifications
- Proven data analytics experience in sports.
- Proficiency in R or Python and SQL.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to athlete performance and game outcomes.
- Develop predictive models and statistical reports to identify performance trends and strategic opportunities.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to coaches and management.
- Collaborate with coaching staff to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of advances in sports analytics and related technologies.
- Contribute to develop analytical methodologies and reporting frameworks.
