Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sourcing Specialist to optimize indirect spend for a national non-profit. You will analyze spend, develop sourcing strategies, and lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.

The role is fully remote within South Africa, with a focus on engaging internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in strategic sourcing, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and negotiation

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in strategic sourcing/procurement/category management with indirect spend.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships for indirect categories.
• Strong analytical skills including spend analysis and cost modeling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with non-profit organizations is a plus.
