• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or Recruiter, preferably remote.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, job boards, social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and advanced search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for various open positions using multiple channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks.
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Stay abreast of market trends and new sourcing tools and techniques.
