Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy, including remote or hybrid roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.
• Proficiency with ATS and online recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of local and global talent markets and sourcing methods.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
