Placements24 is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager specializing in solar projects to join their globally distributed team in a remote-first setup. You will manage full lifecycle from conception to handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes across international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in project management with a focus on renewable energy and solar.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations in large projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple solar energy projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including EPC partners and external consultants.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met and optimized.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement timely mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and environmental standards throughout the lifecycle.
