Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Solar Panel Installation Specialist to join their renewable energy division. You will provide expert guidance and oversight for solar installation projects across the country, with a primary focus on Richards Bay and surrounding regions.

This remote role requires strong planning, clear communication, and the ability to guide on-site teams virtually. You will help ensure quality, efficiency and safety of installations, while staying up-to-date

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solar panel installation or related renewables.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and solar components.
• Excellent remote communication and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and remote support software.
• Passion for renewable energy and safety standards for Richards Bay projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and oversight for solar panel installation teams.
• Review and approve installation plans, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
