Placements24 is seeking an experienced Solar Panel Installation Specialist to join a growing renewable energy team. This fully remote role provides expert guidance and remote support for solar projects across South Africa, enabling nationwide deployments from a flexible, remote-first setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PV solar installations, deep knowledge of panels, inverters and mounting systems, and excellent communication to guide field teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical PV solar installation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of solar panel types, mounting systems, inverters and electrical components.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve installation issues remotely.
• Excellent communication skills for phone/video guidance.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload in a remote environment.
