Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Project Manager to drive end-to-end software development initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams through planning, design, development and delivery in a fully remote setup, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in software project management, strong Agile experience, and a hands-on leadership style to inspire teams and manage risks in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 6+ years as Project Manager in software development.
• Experience leading distributed teams remotely.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects from inception to deployment.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources with stakeholders.
• Lead software teams in a collaborative agile environment.
• Manage SDLC activities including requirements, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Implement and refine agile practices to optimize performance and delivery.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures and ensure delivery within financial constraints.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
