Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Project Manager to lead multiple software development initiatives across the full SDLC. The role focuses on driving efficiency, quality, and timely delivery in a fully remote environment.

The candidate will guide cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and report project metrics to stakeholders. A strong background in Agile/Hybrid methodologies and remote leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years in project management, with at least 3 years in software development projects.
• Proven experience managing fully remote teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid software development approaches.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects within the SDLC.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to meet constraints.
• Lead and mentor distributed software teams in a remote setting.
• Implement and refine SDLC processes to ensure quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between dev teams, QA, product, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
