Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management, with 3+ years in software development.
• Experience leading fully remote development teams.
• Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and related PM tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving in a virtual workplace.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, scope management and stakeholder engagement.
• Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of software projects in a remote setting.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets and resources to align with business goals.
• Mentor remote project teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve velocity and quality.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives for distributed teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies and issues.
• Communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders via virtual channels.
• Ensure clear requirements from product owners and stakeholders.
• Oversee QA processes and UAT in collaboration with QA teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in development and remote project management.
