Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years in software development, with 3+ years in management or team lead role.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software development teams.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
- Drive technical strategy, architectural decisions, and technology selection.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, and stakeholders to align development with business goals.
