Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of program management or social impact experience.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing social programs.
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentations.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify emerging social issues and opportunities for intervention.
• Design and develop innovative program strategies aligned with the foundation's mission.
• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, from conception to evaluation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
• Monitor program progress, collect data, and analyze outcomes to assess impact.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on program activities and results for stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Facilitate learning and knowledge sharing among partners and within the organization.
• Stay abreast of best practices and advancements in social impact and philanthropy.
• Contribute to the foundation's overall strategy and impact measurement framework.
