Job summary

RWS seeks AI Conversation Recording Contributors for a Setswana speech data project. This freelance, work-from-home role offers flexible, task-based hours (approx. 2–4 hrs daily).

Start immediately with a rate of 8 USD/hour and contribute to cutting-edge AI research. Contributors will record and annotate spontaneous speech, provide metadata, and follow project guidelines. Prior data-collection experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Setswana is required.
• Advanced English to understand instructions.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail in annotations and metadata.

Responsibilities

• Record natural, spontaneous Setswana speech per guidelines.
