Job summary

RWS Group is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors for a Tswana speech data collection project. This freelance, work-from-home role offers flexible, task-based work (about 2–4 hours daily) with immediate start. Rate is 8 USD/hour.

Projects involve evaluating and improving speech recognition and conversational AI technologies using real-life conversation data. You will record natural speech, annotate data, and provide metadata while following project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native Tswana speaker with authentic pronunciation.
• Excellent written comprehension of English for instructions.
• Strong attention to detail in annotations and metadata.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record natural, spontaneous Tswana speech per guidelines.
• Capture speech from real-life situations (workplace, casual conversations).
• Complete conversational speech tasks or voice/text interactions with AI.
• Annotate data according to instructions.
• Provide metadata for each recording.
