Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Swati required.
• Advanced English proficiency to understand instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for annotations and metadata.
• Ability to follow detailed project and recording instructions.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous Swati speech per project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations (workplace, casual dialogue).
• Complete conversational speech tasks or voice interactions with AI systems.
• Annotate collected speech data per instructions.
• Provide metadata for each recording.
