You will lead drilling campaigns, monitor progress, review data, and coordinate personnel and equipment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in drilling with supervisory experience and strong leadership, decision-making, and remote-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in drilling operations with supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of drilling engineering principles and equipment.
• Proven ability to manage complex drilling projects remotely.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as IADC WellSharp are desirable.
• Proficiency with drilling software and remote monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all aspects of drilling operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Monitor drilling progress, analyze performance data, and implement adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
• Oversee the coordination of personnel, equipment, and services at the drilling site.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential drilling hazards.
• Prepare detailed daily and weekly drilling reports for management review.
