Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Business Transformation to join a fully remote team servicing clients across South Africa from Rustenburg. The role requires independent work, multi-client management, and delivering high-value recommendations in a virtual environment.

You will lead organizational restructuring projects, develop strategic roadmaps, and conduct detailed analyses to drive performance improvements and sustainable change across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in management consulting with a focus on business transformation.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliverables in a remote context.
• Strong change management expertise and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements on organizational restructuring, process optimization and change management.
• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for digital and operational transformation.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and performance analyses for clients.
• Facilitate virtual client meetings and workshops with stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver presentations and reports outlining recommendations and implementation plans.
