Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a results-oriented Business Transformation Consultant to join a fully remote team serving clients across the Queenstown area in the Eastern Cape. You will guide organizations through significant change, map transformation roadmaps, and support the journey toward greater efficiency and market responsiveness.

The ideal candidate brings a master's degree and at least six years of experience in business transformation, change management, or strategic program leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business transformation consulting, change management, or strategic program management.
• Strong ability to lead complex change initiatives in remote or distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills in virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and design of comprehensive business transformation programs for clients.
• Develop strategic plans for organizational change, including stakeholder engagement and change management strategies.
• Drive the implementation of new business processes, technologies, and operating models remotely.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to ensure transformation objectives are met.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions to embed new ways of working within client organizations.

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
