Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant for a fully remote role. You will lead large transformation programs, advise clients across industries, and deliver measurable business value while working from anywhere in South Africa.

You will mentor junior consultants, drive proposals, and build relationships with C-level stakeholders, with an emphasis on independent, autonomous work in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; PhD or relevant certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a senior strategic advisory role.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects and delivering significant business impact.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for virtual collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality results in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery of objectives and client satisfaction.
• Develop and articulate strategic recommendations, leveraging deep industry knowledge and analytical expertise.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional development and contribution to project success.
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
