Placements24 is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst specializing in Threat Intelligence for a fully remote role. You will hunt threats, build actionable intelligence, and deliver insights to security operations teams across a global network of professionals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in threat intelligence, malware analysis, and digital forensics, with strong communication skills and experience in MITRE ATT&CK, SIEM, and TIPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity with emphasis on threat intelligence or security operations.
• Proven threat hunting, malware analysis and digital forensics experience.
• Deep understanding of attacker TTPs and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Proficiency with SIEM, EDR, TIPs and network analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced threat hunting to identify sophisticated cyber threats.
• Develop threat intelligence reports with IOCs and TTPs and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor global threat landscapes for emerging trends and attack vectors.
• Use SIEM, SOAR, TIP platforms, OSINT and dark web monitoring.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts, incident responders, and vulnerability teams.
• Develop and maintain threat models and adversary profiles.
• Present findings to technical and executive leadership.
• Stay updated on threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
