Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fully remote team operating from Polokwane, Limpopo. The role requires deep expertise in recruiting for mining and resources, managing complex mandates, and building strong client-candidate relationships in a remote-first setup.

Responsibilities include end-to-end hiring for niche senior roles, developing sourcing strategies, and delivering insights on talent market trends.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on Mining & Resources
• Proven success hiring niche and senior roles in mining operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Proficiency with ATS and advanced sourcing methodologies

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for specialized roles in Mining & Resources
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract engineers, geologists, metallurgists and ops leaders
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments for technical competency and culture fit
• Build strong relationships with clients in the mining sector
• Provide talent market insights and recruitment best practices to clients
• Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the process
• Stay informed on mining industry developments and safety regulations
• Develop employer branding initiatives for clients
